Description
A warm and aromatic tea infused with cardamom, offering a soothing and slightly sweet beverage perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons black tea leaves or 2 tea bags
- 4 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add crushed cardamom pods and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add tea leaves or tea bags and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in milk and bring close to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Strain into cups and serve hot.

- Use freshly crushed cardamom for best flavor.
- Adjust tea strength by varying brewing time.
- Can substitute sugar with honey.
