Description

A warm and aromatic tea infused with cardamom, offering a soothing and slightly sweet beverage perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons black tea leaves or 2 tea bags
  • 4 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add crushed cardamom pods and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add tea leaves or tea bags and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  4. Pour in milk and bring close to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  6. Strain into cups and serve hot.
