Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla (about 10 inches)
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 23 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray or butter, for the pan

Instructions

  1. Place the flour tortilla on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese over one half of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the filling.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half to form a half-moon.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or butter.
