Description

Big Mac Wraps combine seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, sharp cheddar, and a creamy homemade special sauce wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. This quick and satisfying meal delivers classic burger flavor in a convenient handheld form, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Special Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Beef Filling:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (85/15 recommended)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Assembly:
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices, patted dry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and refrigerate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook 8–10 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  4. Warm tortillas briefly in microwave or dry skillet.
  5. Spread 2 tablespoons special sauce down center of each tortilla.
  6. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices.
  7. Fold in sides, roll tightly burrito-style, and slice diagonally if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.
