Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato, cored and finely chopped (optional)
- 1 small green chili or jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red or white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 medium lime or lemon, freshly juiced (about 2 tablespoons juice)
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
