Description

This Berry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait layers creamy vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, crunchy granola, and pecans for a colorful, nutritious, and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Spoon about ½ cup of Greek yogurt into the bottom of four mason jars or parfait glasses.
  2. Add ¼ cup each of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle ⅛ cup of granola and ⅛ cup of pecans over the berries.
  4. Repeat layers until jars are full or ingredients are used up.
  5. Cover jars and refrigerate until ready to serve. For best texture, enjoy the same day.
  6. If preparing ahead, store granola and pecans separately and add just before serving.

Notes

  • Use different yogurt flavors like honey or coconut for variation.
  • Make it nut-free by substituting pecans with sunflower seeds or coconut flakes.
  • Add extra fruits like kiwi, mango, or banana for variety.
  • Use plant-based yogurt and honey-free granola for a vegan version.
  • Boost protein by mixing protein powder into the yogurt before assembling.
