Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Butter, for cooking
- Extra pure maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
- Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in flour, egg, and maple syrup until a batter forms.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
- Pour about 2 tbsp batter per pancake into the skillet. Cook 1 minute per side, until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
Notes
- Add cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter for extra flavor.
- Replace part of the flour with oat flour for a heartier texture.
- Top with fresh berries, nuts, or extra banana slices for a special touch.
