Description

This Avocado Latte is a creamy, refreshing blend of frozen avocado pulp, coconut milk, vanilla, coffee, and optional sweetener—served over ice and topped with whipped cream for an energizing and nourishing twist on iced coffee.


Ingredients

180 g frozen avocado pulp (thawed)

120 g full-fat coconut milk

¼ tsp vanilla essence

Sweetener, to taste (optional)

235 ml strong brewed coffee, cooled

Ice, as needed

Whipping cream, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen avocado pulp according to package instructions.
  2. In a blender, combine avocado pulp, coconut milk, vanilla essence, sweetener (if using), and cooled coffee.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill glasses with ice and pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
