Air fryer steak bites are juicy, tender, and full of flavor, made with simple spices and ready in under 15 minutes. They’re perfect for busy nights, game-day snacks, or a protein-packed meal without the hassle.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 7 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use tenderloin for an even more tender texture.
- Add chili powder or cayenne for a spicier flavor.
- Substitute sweet paprika for a milder taste.
- Finish with lemon juice for a bright finish.
- Pairs well with garlic sauce, herb butter, or your favorite side dish.
