Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
