Description
This air fryer honey banana tahini toast is a warm, sweet, and nourishing snack made with caramelized bananas, creamy tahini, and a drizzle of honey over crispy toast. It’s quick, vegetarian, and easily made gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread (or bread of choice)
- 1–2 tablespoons tahini
- 6 slices banana
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped mint (optional)
Instructions
- Spread tahini evenly over the slice of bread.
- Layer banana slices on top of the tahini.
- Drizzle honey over the bananas and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place the toast in an air fryer at 400°F and cook for 6–7 minutes, until bananas are caramelized and toast is crispy.
- Alternatively, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 10 minutes.
- Top with bee pollen or chopped mint if using. Serve warm.

- Use ripe bananas with brown spots for best caramelization.
- Swap tahini for almond, peanut, or sunflower butter if desired.
