Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless ribeye steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (no need to spray).
  4. Air fry for 4–6 minutes depending on desired doneness. For medium, aim for 5 minutes or an internal temp of 135°F before finishing in butter.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in parsley.
  6. Add cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter for 1 minute until coated and warmed through.
