Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lite coconut milk
  • 6 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil, softened
  • ½ cup cashini butter or coconut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine coconut milk, Medjool dates, and softened coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add cashini butter (or coconut butter) and cacao powder. Blend until thick and fully combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
