Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lite coconut milk
- 6 Medjool dates, pitted
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil, softened
- ½ cup cashini butter or coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
Instructions
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, combine coconut milk, Medjool dates, and softened coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
- Add cashini butter (or coconut butter) and cacao powder. Blend until thick and fully combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.
- Once set, roll each portion into a smooth ball.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
