Description

This 3-ingredient strawberry and chia smoothie is a quick, creamy, and nourishing drink made with fresh or frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Perfect for busy mornings, it’s naturally sweet and full of protein and fiber.


Ingredients

  • 400 g (2 ½ cups) fresh or frozen strawberries, halved if large
  • 200 ml (¾ cup) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon agave or maple syrup
  • Optional: ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a blender.
