Ingredients
- 400 g (2 ½ cups) fresh or frozen strawberries, halved if large
- 200 ml (¾ cup) full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Optional: ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds to a blender.
