Description

Crispy, cheesy pizza chips made with just tortillas and mozzarella cheese. A quick and easy snack that’s perfect for parties, after-school munching, or a savory craving fix.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium flour tortillas (20 cm / 8 inches each)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 170 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stack tortillas and cut into triangle-shaped chips.
  3. Arrange the tortilla pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overlapping.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and tortilla edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes to crisp up further.
  7. Serve warm or cool completely for extra crunch.

Notes

  • Sprinkle dried oregano or basil over the cheese before baking for a pizza flavor boost.
  • Use thin tortillas for crispier chips.
