Description

These 2 Ingredient Choc-Caramel Medallions are naturally sweet, no-bake treats made with Medjool dates and dark chocolate. Each bite offers a chewy, caramel-like center topped with smooth chocolate — quick to make and perfect for guilt-free snacking.


Ingredients

  • 12 large Medjool dates, pitted
  • 120 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a tray or plate with baking paper.
  2. Slice each date lengthwise and open slightly.
  3. Place cut-side down on the tray and flatten with your palm or a glass into medallion shapes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate over each date and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Remove from the fridge and enjoy.
